From Interstate 95:
Exit at Yamato Road and head west to Military Trail (1.9 miles). Turn right on Military Trail and take it to Clint Moore Road (1 mile). Turn left on Clint Moore Road and we are approximately 0.1 miles on the right hand side. Turn right into the 1905 Medical Center.

From the Florida Turnpike:
Exit at Atlantic Avenue (Delray Beach) and turn left (East) at the light. Take Atlantic Avenue to Military Trail (3.3 miles). Turn right on Military Trail and go to Clint Moore Road (3.4 miles). Turn right on Clint Moore Road and make an immediate right turn into the 1905 Medical Center.
