This patient desired to restore her natural breast volume which had gradually decreased with each pregnancy. This patient was unhappy with the significant change in her breasts that occurred with pregnancy. She described her breasts as ‘deflated’ and desired to have the natural volume restored and slightly enhanced. Following a breast augmentation, the breasts are much fuller and ‘perkier’ and the patient describes a dramatic improvement in her body image.
